This project consists of a 14,000sf ground up private school located in Jacksonville, FL. The school contains 14 classrooms each with private restrooms, offices, prep kitchen, and a large activity room. Our team provided a high-level code review to limit costly fire protection features. This got the recognition of the fire marshal who had this to say: "This attention to detail by your team makes our job of ensuring code compliance and getting projects through to permitting much, much easier."
